Payment Terms

• A deposit of 20% is charged to secure your booking via bank transfer. This amount should be free of all bank charges.  The balance payment will become due on the day of arrival unless otherwise stipulated  at the time of your booking.

• Once you have advised us of your wish to book, we will send  you our bank details for the deposit transfer.

• Confirmation will only be made on receipt of your deposit

• We will hold your reservation for 4 days pending receipt of your deposit, thereafter the accommodation may be offered to another party without further communication.

 

Occupancy

• Our website shows the number of guests for each property.  This may not be exceeded unless permission is obtained.  A small surcharge will be levied for an extra guest if the property can accommodate an extra guest.

• Guests are expected to conduct themselves so as not to cause disturbance to other guests. Please take good care of the premises and its contents.

• Guests may be asked to provide a refundable key and breakages deposit to defray possible costs for damage of loss of property.  This will be returned on the day of your departure, or soon thereafter, less the cost of any damages if so deemed.

• All holiday homes are fully equipped to provide bedding and bath towelling (please bring your own beach towels)

• The essentials of hairdryers, irons and ironing boards etc. are provided.

• All kitchens are fully fitted with kitchen facilities and dining essentials, crockery, cutlery and glass ware etc.

• Maid service with linen and towelling changes twice weekly.

 

Arrival and Departure

• Check-ins are from 16:00 onwards and check-out no later than 10:00

 

Cancellation  Policy

• In the event of a booking being cancelled up to 60 days prior to arrival the full 20% deposit will be forfeited.  If a replacement booking is made in the same year for the same property your deposit will be transferred to your new booking.

• If the booking is cancelled:

  • 60-45 days prior to arrival 50% of the booking cost will be charged

  • 44-30 days prior to arrival 80% of the booking will be charged

  • 29-0 days prior to arrival 100% of the booking will be charged
